Il citofluorimetro CytoFLEX LX è un'espansione della piattaforma CytoFLEX. Questo modello amplia le possibilità di ricerca fino a sei laser e 21 parametri di colore. Sei laser separati spazialmente consentono la creazione di pannelli attraverso lo spettro di fluorescenze riducendo il cross talk e la sovrapposizione spettrale.
